Refund policy
RETURNS
- For returns, please email support@kamyi.art with the subject line “Order Return.” We will send you instructions on the return process
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty
- Exchanges for non-faulty items are not available at this time
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and mailed back within 7 days of return authorization
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
- Since we are a small business, we cannot cover return shipping. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked or signed for service to ensure your items arrive safely
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty
FAULTY ITEM
- If your order is faulty (damaged or incorrect) upon receiving the shipment, please email support@kamyi.art and we will be happy to assist
- Please include a photo in your email as it is helpful for us to see what has happened.
REFUNDS
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify the result of your refund and confirm your refund to the original payment method you used
- Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed once we have received your return
REPAIRS
- We offer repair services in-person or via shipment. Please email support@kamyi.art along with a photo showing the item condition, and we would be happy to assist
- Depending on when your piece was purchased, there may be a repair charge for this service
- Please note that it may not always be possible to repair your piece depending on the condition or the availability of the findings used
